How Quality-Crete collects, uses, shares and protects the personal information you give us through our website, quotes, orders and deliveries in Southwest Florida.

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Quality-Crete ("Quality-Crete," "we," "us" or "our") is a concrete supplier based in Florida that mixes fresh concrete on site for contractors, builders, municipalities and homeowners throughout Southwest Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit quality-crete.com, request a quote, place an order or otherwise work with us, and how we use, share and protect it.

The short version: we collect the information we need to quote, schedule, deliver and bill your concrete. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number and, if you provide it, your company name.

Address information. Your job-site or project location and delivery address, and a billing or mailing address when we invoice you.

Project and job information. The product or service you need, the type of project, the estimated quantity in cubic yards, requested start or delivery dates, site-access notes and any other project details you share with us.

Order and billing records. Orders, delivery tickets, quantities produced, invoices and payment history. We do not collect payment card numbers through this website.

Communications. Emails, messages and notes from phone calls with our team, including after-hours and emergency requests.

IP address and device information. When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, the pages you request, the referring page and the date and time of your visit.

Cookies and analytics information. Information stored on or read from your device by cookies and similar technologies. See “Cookies and Analytics” below for what this website actually uses.

We do not ask for, and ask that you do not send us through our forms or by email, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, payment card numbers or health information.

2. How We Collect Information

Contact forms. When you submit a form on our website — such as the homepage quote form or our Contact Sales form — we receive the information you enter.

Quote and estimate requests. When you ask for a quote or estimate online, by phone, by email or in person, we collect your contact details and project information.

Online order requests. When you use an order form on our website (for example “Order Concrete”), we receive your phone number, the amount of concrete you need and your requested delivery date. An online order request is a request only; our team contacts you to confirm it. Payment is not taken through this website.

Orders, deliveries and billing. When you place, change or pay for an order, and when we deliver and produce concrete at your job site.

From others. A general contractor, builder, engineer, property manager or public agency may give us your name, contact details or site address when they order concrete for a project on your property or involving you.

Automatically. Through server logs kept by our hosting provider, and through any cookies, analytics or embedded content described below.

3. Cookies and Analytics

Our own website pages do not set cookies, and we do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site tracking tools.

Embedded videos. Some pages show videos hosted on YouTube, a Google service. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When a video loads or you press play, Google receives your IP address and device information and may store information on your device, as described in Google’s Privacy Policy.

Analytics. This website does not currently use a third-party analytics service. If we add one to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this policy to name the provider and describe the information it collects before it is used.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using our website or contacting us.

4. Why We Collect It and How We Use It

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your questions and prepare quotes and estimates.
  • Confirm, schedule, produce and deliver your concrete, including planning truck access to your job site.
  • Contact you about your request, order or delivery — for example to confirm timing or to reschedule for weather.
  • Invoice you, process payments and keep accounting and tax records.
  • Keep production, mix and quality records for your project, and provide them to you or to others involved in the project when required.
  • Provide customer service and handle warranty or quality questions.
  • Protect our website and forms from spam and abuse. For example, we use a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, held only in temporary server memory for up to one hour, to limit repeated submissions.
  • Operate, maintain and improve our website and services.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
  • Send you news or offers, but only if you have asked to receive them. You can opt out at any time.

When you give us your phone number, we use it to call or text you about your request, order or delivery. We will not send you automated marketing calls or text messages without your prior express consent.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing or for targeted advertising.

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, with:

Hosting provider. Our website is hosted by Vercel, which processes website requests and server logs on our behalf (Vercel Privacy Policy).

Email delivery. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email through Resend, which transmits and temporarily stores the message on our behalf (Resend Privacy Policy).

Business systems and CRM. The email, customer-relationship, scheduling, dispatch and accounting tools we use to manage customers, orders and invoices.

Payment processors. When you pay by card or electronic payment, your payment details are handled by our payment processor or bank under their own security and privacy terms. Payments are not taken through this website.

Analytics providers. None at present. See “Cookies and Analytics” above.

Advertising providers. None. We do not share personal information with advertising networks.

Video provider. YouTube (Google) receives device information when an embedded video loads or plays.

Delivery and project partners, where applicable. Our own drivers and operators receive your job-site details to deliver. Where a project requires it, we may also share order, delivery or testing information with haulers or subcontractors working with us, testing laboratories and inspectors, and the contractor, owner, engineer or public agency on the project.

Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena or court order, to collect amounts owed, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, employees or the public.

Business transfers. As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this policy.

6. How Long We Keep Information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Inquiries and quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and then deleted.
  • Customer, order, delivery, quality, invoice and payment records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our tax, accounting, warranty, contractual and legal obligations.
  • The hashed IP addresses used for spam protection are discarded within one hour.
  • Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period under its own retention policy.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it can no longer be linked to you.

7. Access, Correction and Deletion

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy of it.
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Delete your personal information.
  • Stop sending you marketing messages.

To make a request, email us at hello@quality-crete.com or call 1-877-QCMIXER. We will need to verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by confirming details we already have. You may use an authorized agent if you give them written permission. We aim to respond within 45 days.

We may keep some information where the law requires it or where we need it to complete an open order, collect an outstanding balance, resolve a dispute or meet our warranty and record-keeping obligations. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.

8. State Privacy Rights

We are based in Florida and serve customers in Southwest Florida. Some states, including California, give their residents additional privacy rights under laws that apply to businesses meeting certain size or data-volume thresholds. Whether or not a particular state law applies to us, we honor the access, correction and deletion requests described above for all of our customers.

We do not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, or use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects, so there is nothing to opt out of. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Florida residents: if a breach of security affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by section 501.171, Florida Statutes.

9. How We Protect Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including:

  • Encrypting all traffic to and from our website with HTTPS.
  • Delivering form submissions directly to our team by email, without storing them in a website database.
  • Limiting access to customer information to the people who need it to do their jobs.
  • Using established service providers that maintain their own security programs.
  • Protecting our forms against automated spam and abuse.

No website, email or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please contact us right away if you believe your information has been compromised.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Other Websites

Our website links to and embeds content from other sites, such as YouTube and our social media pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will make them clear on our website before they take effect.
