Quality Control focuses on testing and inspecting the concrete being produced, while Quality Assurance focuses on the systems, procedures, documentation, and training that prevent problems before they occur. Both are essential parts of our quality program.
Every operator completes a structured training program before operating a truck independently. Training covers truck operation, mix production, safety, calibration, troubleshooting, customer service, and concrete fundamentals. Ongoing training continues throughout the year.
Concrete performance can be influenced by materials, weather, moisture, and production variables. Routine testing verifies that our mix designs continue to perform as intended and allows improvements to be made whenever necessary.
